Teaching an all female class, (and all female high school students class
at that) is fairly stressful. First, you lose control of the class
fairly quickly. Second, you have to watch yourself 1100f the time, as
something you say or do is always open to being taken in the wrong context..
That said, I have discovered that most high school females just go
goo-goo in front of a camera. Mount it on a tripod, well, now you are a
professional!! Yeah, good thing none of them started stripping;
otherwise, I'd have lawsuits on my hands..
That said, short of a $$$$ digital SLR, it's fairly difficult if nigh
impossible to get good portrait shots from a digital camera. The DOF is
very deep, and so you don't get good background blur..

Maaaate - the queue forms around the back of the Art block. Can you

Truly scary stuff given the current climate - I had to tread really,
really carefully and get lots of female art teacher supervision, etc.
But they did some great work for their folios given basic rules, none
of which work I'm posting here OK?!
Involved some great comments rarely heard in classrooms such as -
knock, knock - "For goodness sake Bianca, put your clothes back on and
get back out here - I need to check your workbook!"
Talk about professional detachment.
