There is one paragraph that really bothers me:
====================
7. Author's rights:
Authors have complete copyright over their works. Award winners and
authors of selected photographs agree to let the organiser of the
competition use the photographs for promotional and commercial
purposes. Mobitel will pay a fee of 30.000,00 SIT (130 EURO) for this
right. The authors unconditionally agree to carry the copyrights to
Mobitel d.d. with whom the authors bind themselves to make a contract
about copyrights in 15 days after the opening of the exhibition.
====================
Now, knowing a bit or two about the company, 130 EURO is less than they
spend on a single business lunch. The competition seems to be just a
front for Mobitel to get good photos for their ads cheaply.
I'd steer clear from it. :-)
