[OM] Making still pictures of record players in motion

My mother's mother had a record player.  If it had belong to her husband 
instead, and I took a picture of a European record on it,
would it have been an example of phono-photography of a Parlaphone-playing 
Grandpaphone?

I was up half the night last night over this.
