Wim: See my earlier post for description of the adapter rings. Together
they cost about $25 at B&H. They fly was already deceased when I found it,
and I used double-sided scotch tape to keep her in place. The lighting was
an ordinary desk lamp with reflector, about 30 cm above and to the right of
the subject.
