My aunt had NetZero and was not impressed ... she ended up with satellite
(DirecWay) and loves it.
IMHO, you should also stay away from United Online/Juno. Even if you use
their paid service, they slow your downstream after twenty minutes or so and
then give you "This site not found" until you disconnect/reconnect ... just
awful. I found the Juno 5.0 release to be buggy. Additionally things got
even worse after United Online and Juno merged last year. Of the four ISPs
I use, they are the worst, period.
