wao, thanks for your great explanation. Very clear
now! I still need to take a look through my 1.4 then.
How concerned do I need to be that these yellowed
uranium-whatever(?) lenses produce a yellow cast in
the pictures I take? I have not noticed any bad
results I would ascribe to that, but I never really
looked that closely either... Maybe it could be a
problem if you were into architecture photography and
had big white walls...?
