Make mine something nice and smo-o-o-o-th like Oban or Knockando, straight up --
after that, I'd have to check my cabinet. Lightweights, I know, but that's my
bent.
Of course _all_ my OM photos look better after a good single malt, but if you
really want to get into the spirit(s), check out Ichiban sake, served chilled.
That's a premium country sake, made from only the first pressing, not blended
like ordinary sake -- sort of like a Japanese single malt.
