Chill, dude.
Out of more than a dozen purchases, I've only had one occasion to
send something back to KEH, and that was because I had misread the
description and bought something I didn't want. They promptly
mailed me an "invoice" showing that the full price had been
credited back to the credit card I had used for the purchase.
They are very good folks to deal with, and I'm sure they'll treat
you right. But don't be expecting flowers or candy.
