I bought an Olympus lens from them a few months ago. The owner, Gord, is
very pleasant to deal with and it appears he and his tech's have a lot of
experience. He was factory trained at Leica back in the M2/M3 days and
one of his other techs is Olympus factory trained (former Carsen employee).
His Olympus tech is even factory trained on the Pen's! They sound like a
nice competent shop and I'm not surprised that you've had good service from
them.
