I have an Olympus Metal slide-on cap. It is similar in
style to Honeywell Pentax/Asahi Pentax caps for screw
mount Takumar lenses. I believe it came on an Olympus
FTL lens, a screw-mount lens of the same era as the
Takumars - very early 70's.
BTW I still use Pentax caps on some of my Zuikos. They are
thin enough to fit into hard cases with a filter on the lens.
On paved surfaces outdoors and uncarpeted floors indoors you
can hear if a cap falls off.

OK I updated the lenscap scan to include all the variations
i could come up with. Two upper right are non-OM but work
fine. I've heard tell of metal caps but haven't seen one
yet.
