If anyone is interested in the Tokina AT-X 80-200/2.8 SD, I have two and
only need one (!).
My spare is in excellent condition, with tripod mount, hard case, lenshood,
caps, and instruction book.
Cost shipped to USA from Denmark would be 260USD, a bit less to UK.
