Thanks Jim. He (she?) looks much "furrier" in the slide, though. The 300/4.5
and 2x-A really can give great results. When I took this shot I had the camera
on a tripod (Slik U212), of course, but the crowds didn't really allow me to
open the legs, so I was using it as a fat-legged monopod. I used the Olympus
recommended "push down firmly on the camera and press the shutter button
gently" method - no cable release. Oh, it was also shot through a chain-link
fence, so using the tripod as a monopod allowed me to get the lens right up
against the fence putting it too far out of focus to affect the image much.
