Garth, This being somewhat within my realm of expertise I would vote for
a pencil and paper. It's only two rooms after all. You can get as
complicated as you want with various CAD programs but you can swat flies
with a 45 too. The learning curve of most CAD programs exceeds the time
to entirely complete your project. If you want to quickly produce some
conceptual drawings i suggest someting like Broderbund's "Home
Architect" This can be had for $20-30, requires minimal time to master
and is more than you need.
