Until recently it was a YashicaMat 124G, but having invested a
leg-and-a-half in a Kowa Super 66 with 85/2.8 and 55/3.5 lenses and spare
back, that's what I'm lugging now.
I won't even attempt all that with a full Oly kit and 055NAT with ball head,
though.
