I had one *Bay deal that went dead for over 3 weeks... no answers to my 
emails.  The guy claimed he was caught at home with no power, phone, etc. in an 
ice 
storm, and couldn't get to the P.O.  Maybe he was, maybe he wasn't.  But I 
finally heard from him and got my item.
