Many thanks to you and all who helped me :)
Yesterday I disassembled my drowned XA, cleaned, unjammed
the wind mechanism at the bottom, lubed it with a dot of
light engine oil, repaired magnet part (end of little black
spring went between two moving parts of shutter closing
delay mechanism (please, excuse huge holes in my vocabulary ;)
unjammed rangefinder arm and film counter and so. Now
I have two last problems:
1.) Shutter works well from 1/500 to about 1/15 (tested with
computer monitor - not very accurate but shows a ballpark
figure if you know refresh time and have a ruler handy),
but won't go longer. delaying electromagnet (?) is ok,
so thee is a problem with timing electronics (and meter shows
correct values). I suspect there is a electrolytic capacitor
of some sort which is bad and should be replaced. Am I right?
Where to seeks it? Which type of cap should I use?
2.) Shutter button works strange - sometimes works when yoy
put light pressure, sometimes not; it depends mainly of where
you press. I wil disassemble it and try to clean it, if
it won't work, I will probably try to substitute it with a
microswitch.
