Sounds like they got a bunch of stuff going and didn't realize how much
'handling' was involved in each auction... I'd be inclined to give them some
slack. You have 90 days for leaving feedback, that should be enough time, I
hope.

I just got a pleasant surprise... in mid-March I BIN'd a nice Rollei 35-SE
from a seller in Germany. I paid using PayPal, and the seller said he
shipped the package. A couple weeks pass, no package, and this was supposed
to be "express airmail". I contact the seller, he's very helpful, good
language skills (much better than my German!) and after a back and forth he
files a 'search' with the German Post Office. I give it a couple more weeks,
then email him and say still no package, what do the PO people say...? He's
again a good responder, says he'll check it out, that I shouldn't worry as
the package was insured and when he gets the payment he'll refund my full
payment. May 23rd my postman delivers the package, battered on every corner,
but with the well-packed contents intact. A quick read of the customs sheet
indicates the shipment date was March 25th, just as the seller said. So
apparently the German Post Office's idea of 'air express' is *TWO MONTHS* to
get here.

I gave the seller a good feedback, he was helpful, cooperative, and honest
in every way. Next time I think I'll ask for FedEx, though.
