Hi,
Using the auto-non-TTL function is an advantage if you want to balance flash
with ambience light and longer shutter speeds, or if you want less flash
than the TTL function will give.
If you have a moving subject and want to have a bit of blur to show movement
in your picture, you need a slow shutter speed like, say 1/15 or slower,
which you can only get with manual mode on your OM camera and normal auto
setting on your T32 (or T45 or T20 (or IEM flash)- the T18 can't do this).
