[OM] ( OM) OT giant in the camera innovation game, felled

Hi folks,

I don't think he did anything with OMs and not much with 35mm, but with 
Medium format and Large format he was an absolute wizard and a very nice 
person as well.
Steve K Grimes of the USA had a massive heart attack a few days ago and 
passed away 4 days later. Age 60.
