A couple of weeks ago I was playing games with my daughter (5 1/2), and
picked up the OM-20 and began pretending to take pictures while she tried to
hide. After a half-dozen or so she asked if was really taking pictures and I
opened the back to show her that it was empty. At that point I discovered
the roll of Superia 800 I'd forgotten about.
In retrospect I'm pleased that all I said was "Aack!", and I closed it fast.
A surprising number of the frames on the takeup spool survived. Maybe
because the back was only open for about 1/60s. :-)
