I was the one who mentioned earlier that certain brands of kitty litter are
made of silica gel. As kitty litter goes, it's very expensive, but as
dessicants go, it's really cheap. The only downfall is the lack of a visual
indicator of condition. The ones sold in camera stores change color as they
become saturated.
And, do I need to say, you should keep Kitty out of the camera cabinet?
