Imagine, for a second if that exact lens was introduced today in
it's exact form. $456 would be a bargain. What does $456 get
you in most new lenses?
Sure it has it's faults, but it also possesses qualities that
are distinctly unique today. Qualities that some of us utilize
and exploit.
If I was building up a "new" Zuiko kit today, it wouldn't bother
me to spend that kind of money on this lens. It's just that
today, I wouldn't buy a new Zuiko kit.
