The 100/2 is one of my favorites. I particularly like the fact
it's super sharp. If I want to use it to shoot a portrait, there
are lots of ways to take the edge off.
I own every Zuiko macro lens except the 90/2 and the 20/2. Yeah,
that's right: 38/2.8, 50/2, 50/3.5, 80/4, and 135/4.5. I don't
need the 20 because I doubt I would ever use it, and I'm perfectly
happy with my 90/2.8 Tamron macro. Compared to the Zuiko macros,
it doesn't give up much of anything, and it goes to 1:1 all by
itself.
Of course, all this puffing, bragging and smoke blowing about how
wonderful the 90/2 Zuiko is is starting to arouse those old
familiar urges again. Maybe I'd better go have a lie-down and
wait until it passes. I thought I was nearly, almost, just about
cured, considering myself now merely a Zuikophile and not a
Zuikoholic, and then y'all started this. It's not fair!
