Ralf,
I used to send an International MO too. It seems that in the last 6
months or so something has changed in the International postal
community, and the US is not participating as much in this as they used
to. I can still get them, but not to as many countries, ant Italia is
not on the list.
I too wanted the zoom adapter. I think the price is okay with that
thrown in, just not great.
I should have added in my previous post that he says he has the box for
the bounce grip.
