I am going to close this thread to respect Thomas' wishes (although Thomas,
jump in on the gun threads too, will ya. They're getting old).
Here's is the pertinent text from the license agreement for the copy of XP
Pro that I sold:
"Transfer to Third Party. The initial user of the
Product may make a one-time transfer of the Product to
another end user. The transfer has to include all
component parts, media, printed materials, this EULA, and
if applicable, the Certificate of Authenticity."
I followed these license rules to the letter, as anyone on this list that
knows me would expect.

Honestly, I agree this thread has gone on too long, particularly since I
believe Larry was just taking a lighthearted jab based on previous threads.
I didn't take it badly -- let's not let anyone else take it that way either.
