If you're a Mac (OS 9) user, you should find it at:

  System Folder
    Preferences
      Netscape Users
        <your identity>
          bookmarks.html

I had a look on a Windows machine I use, and I see it here:

  C:Program Files
    Netscape
      Users
        <my identity>
          bookmark.htm
