There are several kinds of street lights now and I don't think any of them
have a normal color temperature shift like a tungsten lamp. They put out
some frequencies but not others. That means you can't get a normal balance
with on color film with filters, nor with filtration. Not even prayer seems
to help although wishing for a miracle never hurts.
