The one reason that I'd shy away from the 40/2 would be the focusing direction,
if it's different. It'd drive me crazy. I could probably deal with the
aperture direction. But I won't ever buy a system for real use that turns in a
different direction than my OM's or Leica's.
The performance is likely to be very, very good though. Those new SLR lenses
from Cosina are top-notch.
So what are you going to do with the credit? A RF lens....nudge...nudge...?
