Norman,
I assume you're talking about the sheet that comes with a new
lens. There's really not a whole lot on it: a couple hundred
words in four languages and the same specifications you find in
the esif on one side and a pair of depth of field tables, one in
feet, the other in meters, on the back. I don't know where you
might find it on line, but if you really want a copy, I'll scan
mine and send it to you in a .pdf file.
