The newer, more practical one is a rather pedestrian rubber clamp on
hood, looking roughly like the second from the left in the third row in
the eSIF picture. The old one is the left hood in the second row, an
elegant metal hood with chrome accents at the base and on the clamp-on
ring. It's far less practical, but much prettier. As a matter of style,
it should only be used with silvernosed lenses.
