What's he power compared to the Vivitar 5600 with bare-bulb head?

The Vivitar is NLA, so I don't know what its power rating is and why I
didn't mention it.
The Quantum, Lumedyne and Norman units are all rated in watt-seconds, just
as studio heads and monolights are. I have little doubt they are
significantly more powerful than the Vivitar.
For the Sunpak units (GN in feet for ISO 100):
383 Super Shoe Mount (not bare bulb): GN = 120
544 Handle Mount (not bare bulb): GN = 140
555 Handle Mount (not bare bulb): GN = 150
622 Super Pro with bare bulb head: GN = ???
(with standard head GN = 200)
120J Auto & 120J TTL: GN = 150
Sorry, I couldn't find the specs on the removeable bare bulb head for the
Sunpak 622 Super Pro. My guess is it's similar to the 120J. Keep in mind
that this bare bulb head doewn't have a reflector.
