It will work with the OM-4Ti using the regular flash sync socket (PC socket)
as a regular flash, or as a regular 'auto' flash if you point the flash
sensor at the subject. To use it for bounce auto flash you will need the
QA-310 remote sensor, which fits the hot shoe and has a light sensor that
points in the direction of the lens when the QA-310 is pointing at the
ceiling... for all of this, that isn't that good a price for a QA-310 and
Bounce Grip 1.
You would be better served by getting a T-32 and Bounce Grip 2, which will
work with a TTL cord to do TTL flash with the OM-4Ti. Cost should be
similar, perhaps a bit more but a much more versatile combination. Note that
the T-32 will do bounce flash (both 'auto' and TTL) without the need for a
bounce grip, too. So you could get the T-32 first and get a BG-2 later if
you decide you need one.
