Many thanks, I see what you mean. John Shaw makes similar comments
about teleconverters. On the other hand there was that shot by ? was it
Stephen Scharf, noted the other day of a motor-bike taken with a Zuiko 200
and Tamron 2x teleconverter.
Difficult to compare - the water buffalo have textures in their coat that don't
have an equivalent in the motor-bike.
I'll probably come back for advice about specific Tamron teleconverters at
some future time.
