Trying to leave no detail untouched ...

The hood for the 21mm f3.5 probably came as both a clamp on version and
a thread on version ... I've got one of each. The threads of the thread
on version I've got seem shorter than normal (fewer) but the hood screws
on smoothly and securely.

The thread on hoods stack nicer but the clamp on hoods are easier to use
AND some can be reversed!!!
