I thought the Series I 28-90mm was f2/8-3.5. Is there another one that 
is 2/8 all the way?
The Tamron ASP 35-105/2.8 is of reasonable size and weight and an 
excellent performer. I've been carrying that with a 28/2 when needing 
speed. I've just picked up a Tokina AT-X 24-40/2.8 to try out for the 
role of faster wide angle zoom.
