I thought the Series I 28-90mm was f2/8-3.5. Is there another one that
is 2/8 all the way?
The Tamron ASP 35-105/2.8 is of reasonable size and weight and an excellent performer. I've been carrying that with a 28/2 when needing speed. I've just picked up a Tokina AT-X 24-40/2.8 to try out for the role of faster wide angle zoom. Moose Larry wrote: Or the similar Series 1 28-90mm f2.8... Easily better than the Tamron. The closest is the Tamron 28-105/2.8 but that's a monster compared to the Zuiko 35-80! (Yes, I like fast lens :-) ) Have you tried the Vivitar Series 1 (28 - 85mm f2.8)? < This message was delivered via the Olympus Mailing List > < For questions, mailto:owner-olympus@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx > < Web Page: http://Zuiko.sls.bc.ca/swright/olympuslist.html > |
