Yes, the 400mm Pen F/FT lens is VERY hard to find. And this one is described
as MINT condition. The storage case looks pristine, as does the lens. I don't
like that inventory sticker on the lens, but the residue will clean off nicely
as I doubt the sticker is original.
I've seen one of these lenses come up for sale in the past 5 years (and that
was private sale where the lens was in a very large collection). I have seen
two of the rarer 800mm lenses come up for sale, both private transactions.
John Foster would be a better source for sales information.
