Might not be the server's fault. Oftentimes the speed at which something
loads to your local workstation has as much to do with network congestion
between the remote server and your workstation. Nodes can be down, routers
(or router tables) buggered, etc. For the average Jane/Joe surfing the
'Net, there's little way to tell the difference.
