This has a few slang meanings, but usually means either
(1) to exert force so someone will lend or give you something,
(2) to appropriate what's not yours, or (3) to go extremely fast.
When you're buying a car, before you sign on the dotted line,
you'll probably want to "take it for a fang" (a hard testdrive).
