I think you're right, at least for the more static shots and *especially*
for the macro.
I picked up a bargain flashmeter but got what I paid for, so I've decided to
get serious and look for a Sekonic L-508 as I'd also like the spot,
reflected and incident functions. Anybody have any experience with these? As
I've tended to shoot mainly ambient/manual on my OM-1, my L-398 has been one
of my favorite things (don't anybody start a thread on The Sound of Music
here).
