New Zealand is a magical place, IMO. I was there for a while in '98 and
came away loving it. There are tourists in places like Wellington
(which reminds me a lot of the bay area without the traffic and
overdevelopment) and Auckland, but it's a really sparsely populated
nation and if you're looking for natural beauty it's everywhere. I've
really considered living there.
