Well, I have had the 85/2 and the 100/2.8. The 100/2.8 is a wonderful lens,
but I found myself using the 85/2 twenty times more :)
I like the slightly shorter focal length and the extra stop is great. I use
it mostly for girls basketball and it is just the right length and inside
that f-stop counts.
Isn't that the beauty of the OM system? Something that is perfect for
everyone.
