[OM] ( OM ) Plastic button on OM4T & RMC 80-200

Hi folk,

I was careless in my recent post where I said the plastic button is at 10 
o'clock. That was working from memory.

I just checked - it is at 9 o'clock as you look to the camera.

Secondly, did the Tokina RMC 80 - 200 lens come out with a lens-hood? 
If so, what did it look like and how was it attached?
