You've been given some good advice, but all photographic. Consider this: How
much do you value your girlfriend? The potential for total disaster, on the
TV sitcom level, is enormous. Professional portrait photographers have
trouble enough with people being unhappy with the results of a sitting, but
they can go home to their wives/girlfriends/dogs/etc. without fear. Doing
something like you anticipate is like having to answer the question, "Does
this make my butt look big?"
