Brian,
The idea of the selling through cafe/restaurant is a great idea. I know
one upscale/"antiquey"/historic Inn in my area does a great business
selling stuff of locals and others. They seemm to be bought by those who
pop into the area for a day, but want to take something back because
they do not trust there own memories/photos. There is even a localy
owned bank( areal rarity in the US) that keeps a few photos or paintings
in the lobby for sale.
