Joe,

If you haven't already, you should go back to the Konica lab with some of 
your results from them, and explain that you DON'T get such results from 
other labs, so obviously they have a problem, etc.  They just MAY do 
something about it.  May be too late for you as a customer, but you may be 
doing others a great favor.
