I have the Bronica RF645 Richard. With it I have the 45/4 and
135/4.5 and the RF20 flash. Although it is heavier than my OMs (of
course) it is more stable to hand-hold. I am just starting to work
out when I want to use the 645, and when the OMs. It is very quiet
in operation (with just a little whirring squeak to tell you that the
shutter is cocked for the next shot). The kit is lovely and solid,
with hoods (tiny!) for each lens, and an accessory viewfinder for the
wideangle - this is not strictly necessary as the built-in vf has
about the right field of view. The meter is pretty accurate and the
vf information is complete. It runs on Auto, Programme and Manual
with speeds up to 1/500th in Manual, and 1/750th in Auto with f22 set.
I took a variety of RF645 shots on holiday recently, and I shall put
them up (with lovely OM shots of course) as soon as I have scanned
them.

Thanks for the info on the Mamiya stuff. Upon further research,
there's a Bronica RF645 that may fit the bill. Any experience?
Thanks!
p.s. I am VERY happy to say that after almost a year of slaving, I
am just about done w/ the newest product (yet another C compiler).
The manual has been dropped off to the printer and the final touches
are being done. This is one of the most fulfilling thing to be your
own boss - to see your creations going out the door and people
actually using it. Ah....
