There's not a lot of point in breeding things like 50/1.8s. You might
want to start with reasonable capital cost with things like 35-80/2.8s
and 8/3.5s, 90/2s, that sort of thing, then put the initial profits
into pairs of 180/2s and 350/2.8, etc. Of course, there could be risks.
I suspect very little is known about breeding the exotics. Are they
fussy about food, habitat, privacy, mates, etc.? Gestation period and
reproductive rate may not be known. Perhaps others on the list are
secret breeders and might give you some hints, especially if you plan to
stay away from their specialties.
