Sunpak makes a flash handle with a hot shoe on top that turns shoe mounts
into potato mashers (less expensive version of a BG-2). Also has a cable
release built into the grip (can be handy). Uses the same base plate as
their handle flashes . . . which means you can get a square MF one for
it. About $40 or so from B&H. If you really want to get fancy, you can
also check out Custom Brackets; they make one for "square" MF boxes that
don't need to be rotated:

I recommend calling them and asking if it's also suitable for a TLR. B&H
sells them (and, IIRC so does Adorama).
