It sounds like the seller was genuinely trying to communicate. So
as others have said, wait until the item arrives and see if it is
of the quality you expected. If it is, then leave positive feedback
(afterall, the seller did try to communicate about the delays). If
the item is not of the quality expected, try to negotiate for a
refund or a discount (partial refund). If that is not successful,
then leave a negative feedback.
Don't forget, besides Positive and Negative, there is the "Neutral"
feedback as well. If you are still not quite happy with the deal,
you can always leave a "Neutral" feedback with your comments.
