That's not unusual on the OM-2s/4/3 et al, but rare on the 1 &2 -- still, it
happens once in a while.
It's not available as a separate part -- your best bet it to just harvest the
part
off a dead body. I've got a few new black levers, too -- write if you're
interested in one.
